What employees want

A recent Deloitte survey of more than 1300 full-time employees revealed that:

  • Eighty percent of respondents cited inclusion as an important consideration when choosing an employer.
  • Thirty-nine percent reported they would leave their current organization for a more inclusive culture.
  • Twenty-three percent indicated they have already left an organization for a more inclusive culture.

What attributes matter

Authenticity, flexibility and purpose are the attributes most valued in an inclusive culture, and to attract and retain today's top talent, organizations must remain laser-focused on fostering a culture that promotes these qualities.
